BVRY comes to Wilsmere with M&E C424

The BVRY borrowed Morristown & Erie's Ex CP C424 today as they had a big pick up in CSX's Wilsmere yard and their 3rd GP was out of service. The C424 was the third unit out coming into Wilsmere but I knew it would lead going north. The picture below is of the inbound train setting off at the west end of the yard.

M&E C424 along side CSX SD70MAC

Q370 is dead on the siding led by a fairly new CSX SD70MAC. M&E C424 passes by the dead consist. A contrast for sure.

So nice to see the alco's from my area branching out.
The X-Erie Mining RS-11 looks good in the new M&E paint scheme.
