Two High and Wides at Rockville Bridge
Author: dsktc

This evening, I saw two high and wides, NS O53
and NS O54, cross Rockville Bridge.

Westbound O53 crossed the bridge at 17:49
with nine cars of slab steel. The motive power
was a single unit, NS 5444, in CR blue.

Frustratingly, NS O54 didn't appear until 18:44,
with the western quarter of the bridge already in shadow.

Here is NS 054 with its eclectic mix of cargo and DoD caboose.

I'm going to be back down in that area later this week...will fan between Enola and Altoona on Thursday, and then spend Friday through Monday on the West Slope based out of Cresson.....Dave Williams

Nice shot of the high/wide. Nice to see a cab in use.
