Been seeing a few GP38-2's in fresh blue paint with GATX on the side and now under the reporting mark of GMTX.

That Web site confirms that GATX is one half of LLPX. General Motors is the other half; don't know if its half is included in the EMD spinoff or not.

GATX bought oout GM's interest in Locomotive Leasing partners and now its call GATX Rail Locomotive Group. They are repainting locomotives with the reporting marks GMTX now and the paint scheme looks great. Heres some pictures:

Yep, GATX bought out the EMD part. I guess this happened in '04 sometime...
