Model Tech Studios Waterfront Structures

How are the HO scale waterfront kits from Model Tech Studios? Easy to build? Decent quality? How about their boat models? I need to do a waterfront scene for a project I'm starting and these seem interesting.

Some of their models are quite nice with a lot of detail, others are very crude and take a lot of work to put them together properly. Its a crap shot with them.
