Bullfrog Snot Traction Tires

Has anyone tried this product?
It sounds like you brush it on the driving wheels for traction instead of trying to fit traction tires onto the wheels.
The material appears to be a liquid plastic compound that has a rough surface when dry.

I've never used it, however, a friend at the club says it great.
