did you check Caboose Hobbies? I just bought some OMI parts a few weeks back, and they had what I was looking for.

Looking at the site, it says call. 50/50 chance!

Give Railroad Hobbies in Roseville CA a call. I recently picked up three OMI snowplows and some other OMI parts. I don't recall if they have #9000, but they did have several different OMI brass airhorns in stock. Here is their website:
