Picked up one yesterday too. Nice model! Here are a couple of shots, assembled with Kadee #58's, just have to weather the grills and a little road dust and call it done.

Back in 1991 I caught the girl on a railfan trip to the Powder River Basin. I was a big BN modeler at the time and used to take these BN railfan trips so I could do some R&D. :)

We arrived at Rozet Siding and there she was parked on the main, 100 yards from a train wreck. A BN C30-7 in the lead of a Westbound empty coal train had derailed and this was the first Eastbound which had stopped on the main awaiting the clean up. There was no crew on the train and we got permission to take this shot and go up in the cab of 1991. That's me standing in front of the engine. My buddy took the shot after we were in the cab.

Those were some good times. July summer day railfanning and drinking lots of beer at night and staggering back to the hotel room.

Got renumbered to 9299 and repainted into H2 in on 05/12/00. Has sense been renumbered to 8199 and is probably LUGO somewhere.

Uh oh, I didn't realize that unit stayed in its Desert Storm paint so long. Not sure if I can resist buying that one - it was really a great tribute to the Armed Forces.
