Model Railroading > athearn f7ab with dcc and soundDate: 08/08/09 05:55 athearn f7ab with dcc and sound Author: schneid I recently purchased an athearn f7ab with sound and dcc. The one unit has the volume low while the other came with the volume high. Is there some way to adjust the volume of each using analog dc, since I don't have dcc.
thanks, paul Date: 08/08/09 10:15 Re: athearn f7ab with dcc and sound Author: brassmag If they are MRC sound, they have a small rheostat knob inside. If tsunami, you'll need to adjust CV128 via a DCC programmer.
P.S. if they are MRC, I'm sorry you missed all the trainorders.com threads about them.
