Just received this picture of a 1.5" scale L&N Little Woody caboose built by J&S Railcar for me. Hope to pick it up in a few days.

Nice looking. Cabooses were great cars in a hundred configurations.

Nice work Jim. So many of the live steamers are just generic with marginal detailing, but this looks super.

I built a 1" scale SP cupola caboose many years ago and made the roof removeable so there would be a place to store things if needed. Is this roof removeable? Is the inside detailed? I never got around to detailing the inside of mine.

Nice looking caboose, by the way. Very nice.

I am not familiar with live steam scales but if 1.5" Scale means that 1.5" = 1 foot, this car is almost 4 feet long?

Yes, the roof is hinged. No interior details yet. And it is about 4 ft long. It runs on 7.5" gauge track. Now I need to start looking for a loco. LOL

Yup, 1 1/2" scale trains are big. My Pennsy N5C caboose is 4"6" over the coupler faces.
