Model Railroading > MTH sd70ace DCC versionDate: 02/10/11 20:45 MTH sd70ace DCC version Author: maxxk33 I have a questions for those modelers who have the MTH sd70ace DCC version, if you install a four function decoder in this engine do you have to do anything different as far as wiring if you want the ditch lights to alternate? or is it simply programming the CV's for the decoder.

You need a T6x from Train control systems, it has separate control of the ditch lights and the number boards. Go to www..tcsdcc.com and they have a sample of how to do a Mth SD70ACe. Good luck. Dean.

Good luck. Dean. Harvick is exactly right. I have some of the MTH DCC units and the TCS site instruction on how to deal with the ditch lights worked well for me. Bob |
