It was written with "the miniature railway, Venice, Calif.," has been posted in Los Angeles on November 22, 1917. Is this Prairie a live steam?

Thanks to Billy Jones for rescuing it from a scrap yard in San Francisco. He then brought it home and set up some track to run around his orchard.
