There is a season, Turn Turn Turn
Author: WrongWayMurphy

Spring means a season of serious steam, and to handle the mass of engines coming in late
April, is the new turntable.

Hydraulic car lift surrounded by newly poured concrete ring.

Fabricated table rolled up next to pit.

(Not shown - everyone picking up table and setting it on the lift)

Table on lift

Table being carefully centered on lift - the three gents in the pit fabricated the table at their shop.

Lift check and preparing underside for welding. Center of pit to be poured Sunday.

The previous turntable lasted 40 years in this location - this one should last at least that long.

That is very cool. What's the capacity on the lift?

Chris

That is the work of a very talented Terry Mccauley and his dad Ronnie. Terry is also a great car and engine builder and anything else you can name. It is rare to see anyone of his imense talents.
