Colourful SRY Boxcars
Author: eminence_grise

The Southern Railway of British Columbia operates a large fleet of boxcars for pulp, paper and lumber service. These three models are from Hubert's Model Railroad Manufacturing Corporation and ExactRail and represent cars built by NSC (National Steel Car of Hamilton ON) for pulp and paper service.

First is 5534 from series 5450-5549 and sports the Washington Corporation lions head flying W logo.
Second is 9299 from series 9100-9299 and is in plain brown.
Third is 9345 from series 9300-9499 and is an ExactRail model in the Catalyst pulp logo. Catalyst operates two pulp mills on Vancouver Island and one in Powell River B.C.

Nice! Tried to get a couple of the HO SRY boxcars when Exact Rail had them out, but missed them.
