Model Railroading > Preserving the SP in HO scale: 7905 East

Today being Sunday and a sleep-in morning I was
awaken by my buddy with the Quad Copter calling
tip me off about a hot piggyback train that
was called out of Hasson at 8:30am.
The power on the train list showed it had three
big U-boats with the 7905, 8641 & 8634.

The 7905, a U30C and the 8641 & 8634 both U33Cs all old veterans
were pulled out of storage, run through the shops and put back in
mainline service for who knows how long.
I wanted to get them on film while I still could so off I was to
grab my buddy and head over to the east side of the mountain.

The 7905 came up the hill on a hard yellow so she wasn't making
track speeds by any means.

The first photo is one I got down on the ground while the other five
views were taken with the Quadster buzzing around like a big mosquito.
