Chances are you'll be able to snipe one at a good price. Thats what I did when the came out the first time. Right now I see ones here and there, but the retailers have them close to MSRP.

If anyone is still looking for Heritage units, I have two Intermountain ones left without sound, Nickel Plate & Conrail. I also still have in-stock most of the Athearn Genesis SD70ace, they are non sound.
