Model Railroading > Need a color match (New Greyhound)Date: 04/22/14 16:52 Need a color match (New Greyhound) Author: MrOGDEN Group,
I'm looking into color matches for the the current paint scheme. Thanks! MrOGDEN (Not my photo) Date: 04/22/14 18:28 Re: Need a color match (New Greyhound) Author: NSDTK Best I can find is for house paint colors.
Go to this website http://easyrgb.com/index.php?X=SEEK Then enter 40-104-148 for the front color and 165-184-199 for the rear color then select your preferred brand of paint. Looks like the rear color is Australian Railways Commonwealth Silver. Very close on the RGB values. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 04/22/14 18:39 by NSDTK. The VIA blue is too dark but I think a few drops of white would get you there.
As for the silver / gray is it a fade or even color throughout? Kris Date: 04/22/14 19:25 Re: Need a color match (New Greyhound) Author: nikon1 Model Master's Intermediate Blue looks really close.
