Model Railroading > October 1973 RMC HO scale plans for the SDP40F

I could use some help. I am trying to get copies of the October 1973 for the HO Scale plans of the EMD SDP40F.

On Ebay, there is a SDP40F brass shell offered for $85. Doesn't give the make. I suppose it might be possible to mount it to an Athearn Genesis frame. The shell actually looks fairly good. Included is a frame and tank.
