Red paint question

Since Scalecoat II is all but gone, what would be a good match for Intermoutains red on there KCS ES44AC? I will try just about anything but waterbased paint.

Scalecoat has not folded shop. RPM/ Testors has cancelled both Floquil and PollyScale and consolidated them under the Model Master brand.

You may want to check Microscale's website as Chris Palmeriri (SP?) created a cross reference list for both Polly Scale and Floquil.

Guess this could be a problem for someone with "Texas" in their screen name:

Additional Info: Due to a state law requiring manufacturers to have a specialized permit, we are unable to ship Scalecoat products to the state of Texas.

The info appears on both the Quality Craft/Scalecoat and the Walthers sites.

Not being a Texan, hadn't heard about that issue.
