I was thinking of perhaps putting the RF16 in an alcohol bath, and giving it the Rio Grande four stripe treatment...

No. In fact Baldwin only built 109 A units and 51 B units...The Pennsy owned most of them (72 As and 31 Bs), then B&O (19 As;12 Bs) and then NYC (18As; 8 Bs).
However, I really like the look of the shark nose...
