resetting the zephyr

Does anyone know how to clear out the Zephyr DSC50? I was trying to figure this out months ago, but never found the answer. Now, my unit is maxed out with only 3 trains running, and I feel a reset is the only answer. Any tips? I can't find it in the manual.
