Model Railroading > Lost my mind and other questions

Several years ago I bought an Atlas Gold ACL SDP35.
The trucks were not correct for the later SDP's.
I got the idea to change side frames.
Well,somewhere along the line I have lost (at least)
this chassis/running gear/and sound unit.

As usual this project got pushed back,way back.So
today,I was already to combine the shell and frame etc.
I found the shell,no problem,BUT no running gear.
What I have found,so far.A six axle unit with the correct
trucks (not the ones I did).The frame has a board wired
for DC.The connections are factory and the unit has
three light bulbs.No ID on the frame nor board.The
trucks have EMD stamped in the side and are the
type with brake cylinders between the trucks.I thought
that Atlas was the only maker of SDP's.

Does anyone know who is the maker of what I have?

Is it possibly an old Yellow box Atlas/Roco SD35 kit-bashed with the end of Athearn SDP40?
