Hi folks,

Just wanted to applaude the fine folks at Bachmann, they were awesome! I recently purchased an NKP 765 from their recent release, got it home and opened it, it was not right. So the next morning I called Bachmann, told them I would be nearby and they said bring it in. Within 15 mins I left with a new and tested loco, and had great conversations with them as well.

Really nice to see 'old fashioned' excellent customer service!
