It's proper name in Mandarin Orange.

You may want to try TruColor Paint. The have a color that may work. It is their part #TCP-253 - Ill. Terminal Mandarin Orange. I personally am not familiar with IT using this color, and think it may be a typ-o. If it is not a correct color for you, they may have a correct Frisco Mandarin Orange inthe works.

I have heard starting with SP Daylight orange then tinting it with Daylight red works well.
