New crew for UP 7964 at Goshen (Ca)

Apparently the previous crew expired on their HOS. Now a new crew arrives, cranks up the unit, waits for a SB, then takes off for Bakersfield. Word gets around of course, and a few fans show up to see the 5000th GEVO.
