P&LE SIECO Box car paint scheme

I can't seem to find a date when P&LE started painting box cars like this. I need something appropriate for 1974.

The only image I can see on the popular freight car website looks like it says 1975, but it's awful fuzzy...

I have a Athearn Genesis PLE39821. It shows 'New 6-75'.

I've heard about the 'way-back machine' on TO, now I need a 'little-bit-forward machine' and I can get one of the new Athearn cars!

Reservations are up for another trio of these cars for November 2015. There will also be SIECO cars for MILW, NS, Bay Colony(?) and a couple of others.
