Model Railroading > Desired productionDate: 02/25/15 16:23 Desired production Author: JLW2K If you could have anything produced in HO scale, what would it be? I would say as a present day modeler I'm pretty happy. I'd like to see an SD59MX though. What would you want for your modeling tastes? Other scales welcome to opine as well just state what scale you're in.

Once I get my hands on my SD70M's with flares ,I am pretty much done for locos.Having said that ,I am a sucker for any new variation on a covered hopper.

Diesel: C415 Steam: Harriman 2-8-0 (SP C-9 in particular) The former has a chance. Bowser has been measuring the prototypes and is seriously considering the project. Over five years ago I authored a post here about the need for an ALL NEW 5250 ACF 4-bay hopper. Obviously that plea has fallen on deaf ears... http://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?3,2111332 Mr. MRL Date: 02/25/15 17:53 Re: Desired production Author: tomnoy3 Modern grain hoppers. A high quality ACF 4600. It has been mentioned before, and seems natural because it is a widely produced car that was owned by many railroads. I personally am interested in the Family Lines/SBD/Chessie/CSX version, as they make up a significant part of CSX's diverse grain car fleet and still roam in heritage schemes. Also, several PRR/PC/CR cars: The common waffle sided gons. The 65' mill gons still running around in PC paint. The 3 bay covered hoppers that are around in bleeding/faded CR and PC paint. Some kind of large boxcar that has the giant CR can opener logo. Posted from Android Date: 02/25/15 18:14 Re: Desired production Author: MilwMike SD18's
