It appears to be a Leslie 3 chime with the large forward facing bell on the engineers side. BN used a lot of Prime 3 chime horns also that look very similar. There should be a part number from Athearn in the instructions. If not you can call customer service and they should be able to get you a replacement part and part number. They helped me rescue a bad order F unit I bought of Ebay with some number boards. Good luck.
