What is the CV that will chang the flash rate on a At1000 Tsumani decoder?
Also what is the default setting?

I don't remember offhand, but it is in the manual that you can find online.

CV 59. O being fastest and 15 slowest. Down load or bookmark the manual. You will find yourself going to it often.  It is well written and helpful.
