Model Railroading > F7B for my San JoaquinDate: 04/24/15 22:39 F7B for my San Joaquin Author: SPED The San Joaquin trash train is almost complete. In between steam painting projects I went diesel! It's a Highliner with the modified fuel tank, skirts and M.U. cables. It has a Soundtraxx model MC2H104P9 decoder, I added a hostler light also.
Ed Date: 04/24/15 23:48 Re: F7B for my San Joaquin Author: warrenpweiss That looks really great.
Warren Date: 04/25/15 00:09 Re: F7B for my San Joaquin Author: tracktime Looks great! Is that a stock athearn fuel tank too?
Cheers, Harry Date: 04/25/15 00:40 Re: F7B for my San Joaquin Author: SPED The tank is modified. I added another around the original, now I can't remember where I got it, may have been in a junk box or a leftover.

Thank you, here's a better picture, the photo lamp overpowered the Hostler lamp in the second photo of the original post. Ed Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 04/25/15 07:51 by SPED. The dome is a brassie from The Coach Yard, I added propane tanks, battery boxes, and paint. I have another CY smooth-side (in General Service paint) that I change out for something a little different now and then. Ed Date: 04/25/15 11:33 Re: F7B for my San Joaquin Author: dcmkris Ed,
Very nice work I like it. Interesting hosteler light, not sure I recall seeing it like that I'm more used to the typical headlight that some roads had for hostler operation. Kris Date: 04/25/15 21:43 Re: F7B for my San Joaquin Author: SPED dcmkris Wrote:
