Model Railroading > Athearn's little surprise for meDate: 07/05/15 14:15 Athearn's little surprise for me Author: calsubd Went on a mini road trip to a not so local hobby store, didn't find anything new that I wanted so picked up another boxcar for the layout, put it on the shelf til yesterday (raining), unboxed it and added it to a local, made a round and uncoupled, coupler height gage said to high, long story short, Athearn changed their coupler box, no more metal coupler box cover, Q when did this happen ?

Might also be why we haven't seen the BB line being re-issued.
