First one all custom - don't have time or probably steady enough hand any more.

Second one, off the shelf at least, except the catenary), but pricey.

How about this one (Zurich main station, where you can stand on the platform and photograph all day if you want). Puzzles at $60 apiece anyone?

Here's a good one to model.  South Station Boston in 1907.  You might need to invest in a few semaphore signals as well!

I'll bet the signage in that first pic of the staircase leading to the tower says "caution, watch for trains" or " don't trip!".
