Rail-fanning!  Having such a great time watching the rail fans, I almost missed getting a shot of the actual engine!  Model railroading is FUN!

Very cool .....obvious they are shooting digital and not film, a film camera would be empty before the train would have completely passed.

We have those same guys on our layout too down here in Melbourne.  However, *real* railfans would use a tripod.  :-)

Hi Rick.  Mfr is Noch.  The guy with his hand up is actually working off a tripod.  Just a little hard to see behind the lady.  This is all automated working of a sensor in a drain pipe.  My layout is about 90-95% complete so I like modeling small vignettes such as this.  Keep your rails shinny!  Mark  <><
