Model Railroading > Athearn Genesis / Tsunami Q

All my sound equipped locos I have to F3 to start them, except my last one, it automatically starts as soon as track power is turned on, I have read the Tsunami manual a couple times and don't see anything that applies  to this problem (happens even if the loco is not selected also)  so is this a defect ? or CV I missed ?, TIA

set CV113 to any number other then zero. I use 255. This means that the loco will start silent and shut the sound down 255 seconds after not being used/ just idling. 

Loco co will fire up when you select it and activate F whatever.
