Nice!  Did these RBLs (albeit in different schemes) last into the mid-1980's?

Yes, a lot of GA RBLs lasted into the 2000s, I have some examples up to 2004. The great thing about a lot of these original paint schemes they lasted well into the eighties and nineties.

Your lettering and mold-making are causing my older models to look frumpy...
