Anyone have a suggestion on how to model sulfer in a Santa Fe caswell gon? Helping a friend again.

Actual sulfur would look pretty good. A foam or balsa filler for shape then seal the sulfur with ballast cement or don't seal it for a prototype aroma.

Sulfer dust is corrosive.

Neutralizing the corrosive nature of sulfur would be the task of the ballast cement which should saturate the yellow powder.
