How was this car weatherd

How was this car weatherd, the reefer in the back and in the middle I think it was dullcoted and then brushed with artisan paints. The question is how is it brushed so it dose not look brushed on

Whatever methods you're using are great! Be sure to graffiti that white car----it can use it!!

Maybe thinned acrylic or artist oils, in light layers, brushed on with a good quality flat brush. The ribs might have been cleaned off afterwards, with maybe a pencil eraser or something similar. That's my guess anyways. Looks like whoever did it knows what they are doing.

I would think the ribs were cleaned off with either 600 or smaller grit sandpaper.
