Have all the issues regarding body height and motor etc. been resolved?...I would like to purchase a pair.

Body height was corrected on the previous run, but some models still suffered from weak motor issues. This run should have the motor issue corrected.

Also be aware that a model sitting on a store shelf may not have been 'corrected'. Good time to be working with a knowledgeable LHS, or Bowser themselves.
