Model Railroading > looking for a detail supplier

I recently was told about a detail part offered by a small producer. Can anyone provide the name and contact information?

The part is a portable MARS light used as rear end protection on streamliners on western railroads. It was red and usually hung on the portable gate at the rear of the last car of a passenger train. It was a substitute for permanemtly installed lights on cars that wre ordinarily the last car of the train.  SP, UP and others followed this practice.
