Hi, Rapido...where's my HO FL9 replacement shell?

Hello, Jason:
When I purchased my New Haven FL9 locomotive several months ago, I was promised a replacement body shell because the one I selected had inadvertently been produced with some incorrect piping details on the roof.  I filled out and mailed in the form I was supposed to, and was told the shells were due in early 2016.

To date, crickets.

Is there an update, or did my form get lost?
