Some Night Shots
Author: RGDave

Here's a few recent night shots during op sessions on the Onondaga Cutoff.

1.  New Conrail C40-8W 6213 shares a bay at Onondaga Engine Terminal with a much older, former Reading GP40-2.

2.  A midnight view of the backshop area at Onondaga Engine Terminal.

3.  Yard job YAON-20 works along the North Runner at Onondaga Yard after midnight on May 9, 1994.

A few more!

4.  Before dawn, the City of Syracuse NY shimmers in the valley below while a dwarf signal and safety light glow on the abandonded tower at CP282.

Thanks for looking!

That's a great bunch. Did Reading have GP40-2's?

JB, thanks! Yup, Reading did have GP40-2's, but only 5 of them. They became Conrail 3275-3279.
