Model Railroading > N Scale Custom Painting

Hello,

Now that Blue Caboose is gone, what do you guys recommend as far as custom painting services for N Scale go? I'd try it myself, but the scheme  I want painted is way too complex for a first timer like me. I have a Precision Scale/BLI E7A that I want painted into MKT E7A #101 in TX Special livery. What are the best places to get it repainted?

Also - where might I get some corrugated siding to install on the E7 to resemble that as seen on the Texas Special?
