TCS wow sound for Atlas MP15 HO scale.

Hello,
I purchased a Wow sound decoder kit#1774 ATL-2 for my Atlas HO MP15. I've seen conflicting information if one of the prime mover sounds are for an MP15. Also the instructions are confusing on what CVs and values change the prime mover sounds. If someone could clarify that would be greatly appreciated!

The MP15 series locos had 12 cyl 645 non turbo prime movers.
