My train from a recent op session on a friend's pike, modelling Palestine TX to Texarkana TX. I feel like I have righted a wrong now. Date: 12/06/16 18:37 Re: Not enought MOPage on Trainorders.com Author: tomstp "Righted a wrong". How?
Date: 12/06/16 18:51 Re: Not enought MOPage on Trainorders.com Author: Santafes95 Man it is great to see some Missouri Pacific on this side. I can't remember the last time we saw some. My second favorite line after the Santa fe! Show us more when you get a chance. The layout looks great.

After what the UP did to the MoPac by taking them over, more power to the ex MoPac! I should post photos of my MoPac's that I painted and detailed. The UP destroyed a good running railroad.Uncle Pete's railroad = GREED! Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 12/07/16 04:58 by EL-SD45-3632. Date: 12/07/16 05:19 Re: Not enought MOPage on Trainorders.com Author: tferk Ignore the old fuddy-duddy grousing about the merger....we are not modeling the management, or someone's perception of management. The pre-merger MP was a fine railroad with excellent track, equipment and technology. Having grown up in Mopac territory, I have had the pleasure of knowing many MP employees in all departments that were proud of their railroad and enjoyed their jobs. They were not thrilled with the post-merger UP company either.
Keep up the good work, and keep posting Missouri Pacific on TO! Date: 12/07/16 05:40 Re: Not enought MOPage on Trainorders.com Author: santafedan WWM, the second photo is a winner.
At first I thought we were going to see your 1/8th loco. Date: 12/07/16 05:52 Re: Not enought MOPage on Trainorders.com Author: King_Coal Nice layout. More MoPac always welcome!

Anyone still grousing around after a merger that happened over 30 years ago has too much free time on their hands. I worked in a location that was a blend of MP and UP employees and a new employee, far removed from the merger, remarked that the MP guys had a sense of pride and camaraderie that he never saw in the prior UP guys.
