Some years ago I inquired if an upcoming release of a Bangor and Aroostook insulated boxcar was going to be painted in the red, white and blue State of Maine Products livery. Accurail said no, but then offered me a car in that scheme from the owner's personal collection--from a previous custom run--at the standard price for any kit. Now that is service.
