Model Railroading > DRGW His. Soc. Convention?

I have heard that the D&RGW historical & Modeling Society is planning a convention this year, but their website is mum. Is this just a rumor or can someone fill us in? Thanks!

Although I am not a member, I have heard it will be in Denver in early September immediately following the National Narrow Gauge Convention.

Immediately before. I saw a brochure at the Colorado railroad Museum yesterday.

Great to see a good line up of activities.  And being separate from the NG con, there will not be the problem of signing up through one group and being excluded from some activities by the other group, even though it was "a joint convention"!  I would like to attend, but am not sure if that can happen this time.

While I realize this a both a modeling and a historical convention, why wasn't it posted on the Western board, or at least a post there pointing to the modeling post??
