Caption Needed for an O Scale Locomotive

In need of a little TLC...

 The image was captured at http://www.gsmrm.org  

A couple weeks ago I posted some pictures of many O Scale engines waiting for their turn to earn their keep.  This is not one of them.

Saw a photo on the eastern board many years ago where the entire unit Plus two others were completely coated.
