I can appreciate what you are doing.  I'm going through the same thing and have been thinning out my Frisco brass collection and cars.

I am sorry to hear about your health. I hope it improves and I hope your trains find a good home. I love your layout. It is neat to Lionel stuff with scenery and ballast. Good luck.
