A friend has looked far and wide for a Genesis Rock Island blue GP38-2 which was released several years ago.  If you have seen one on a hobby shop shelf somewhere, let me know.  And don't suggest Klein, Toy Train Heaven or Deshler, NE, he's already checked them.  Thanks!

Spring Creek model trains shows them available. That search hit is right under MB Klein on Google. Tell your friend to look harder. You're a pretty good friend though.
