N Scale F40 Decoders

What recommendations does anyone have for equipping Kato N-Scale F40PHs w/DCC Decoders?  Doesn't have to have Sound capabilities.  Thanks!
P.S.  Also any recommendations for Decoders for other types of N-Scale Locos.

Digitrax has a board replacement for the Kato F40 for $38, $69 with sound.  

Since I model HO, I have no personal experience with these decoders, I only knew where to find the information.

An invaluable resource tool.  Step by step instructions with pictures.  They always recommend one of their decoders of course, it's their website afterall.
