Flat Car Tie Down Rails

Ok, I\'ve started work on my HO ITTX flats and all that is left is to replicate the two tie down rails down the center of the flat. Anyone have any ideas on the best way to do that? Also what would be a good floquil color to use for the old Trailer Train yellow. What kind of decals should I use???

I\'ve used Railbox yellow for the old Trailer Train yellow.
It looks like Microscale set 87-579 is a possibility for HO.
